If you still cannot solve your problem, please contact the STC Support team by opening a case through the STC Console by selecting Open Case with Console Support Team.

STC Support is available from Monday to Friday during US time zones.

Before contacting the support desk, please have the following information available:

  • Subject title, STC case, description of issue

  • Any relevant screenshots

  • An exact description of your question or problem, including what you were doing when the problem occurred.

  • The exact text of any error messages.
