New Features

• The Secure Access product is now available in the STC. Working with this product, Provisioners can choose the trial length, up to a maximum of 90 days. Such trials can also be extended for the desired number of days, but the total duration must not exceed 90 days. Secure Access can now be requested through the Trial Request form, with predefined packages and number of seats that cannot be altered by the requestor.

• The ThousandEyes product is now available an extension to Secure Access trials, enabling organizations to detect, diagnose, remediate, predict, and optimize conditions impacting connected experiences across any domain.

• Updated user interface. The user interface of the console has been updated for better usability. The Trials tab now displays a list of customer organizations, and selecting a list item will expand a section with related trial information. Here, you can see the list of trials assigned to the customer. By clicking the down arrow next to the trial name, a detailed subsection on trial usage will expand.

  

  When selecting a customer organization name on the Trial page, you will now be directed to a detailed customer record. This includes a list of trials assigned to the customer, with expandable sections for trial information and usage details. The side menu provides trial info and product metrics, and you can now view and edit the customer's contact name directly within the trial record.
