New Features

• Lead Injection. The Lead Injection feature in the Cisco Secure Trials Console allows partners to effortlessly manage trial requests submitted by customers via a designated form link. Partners can efficiently track, activate, and organize trial requests, ensuring seamless management of trial provisioning and activation processes. For more information, see Manage Trial Requests.

• Customer Creation On-The-Fly. With this enhancement, STC users now have the option to create customers directly from the trial creation interface. If a desired customer is missing from the list of available customers, users can simply select the Create customer option. This streamlined process enables users to efficiently manage trial provisioning without any disruptions. For details, see Start a New Trial, Step 2.
