Trial creation

In general terms, the trial creation process is described in Start a New Trial. The first and second steps of trial creation are mostly the same for all products.

At the third step, select the XDR product, which comes with a predefined package of 100 seats.

From the Region dropdown list, select the appropriate region.

In the Trial length field, specify the trial duration by choosing the start and end dates from the calendar. The trial length cannot exceed 90 days, and the start date must be within 30 days of the trial creation date.

The fourth step is identical to other products.

Health categories

Health categories for XDR trials:

• Fresh: New trials, less than 7 days old.

• At Risk: Trials older than 7 days with no deployed customers.

• Stale: Trials where the user started but has not logged in within the last 7 days.

• Growing: Trials with deployed customers actively engaging with incidents (e.g., the product blocked threats).

• Ripe: Trials with deployed customers actively engaging with incidents (e.g., the product blocked threats) and using automated workflows (ACCESSED_AUTOMATE).
