Get Access to the Console (for Partners)

Before starting to use Cisco Secure Trials Console (STC), make sure you have access to it.

This instruction is for Partners.

Procedure

Step 1

Open a case with Partner Support.

  1. Log in to your account on the Partner Support page.

  2. Go to the Global Virtual Engineering (GVE) Cloud to open a case.

  3. Once you reach the GVE Client Experience Portal (CEP), on the Security PoV/Lab License object, select Engage.

Step 2

On the form that opens, fill in the fields as follows:

  1. For Primary Technology, select Cloud, Web & Email Security from the dropdown menu.

  2. In Title, enter Secure Trials Console.

  3. In Description, enter the following:

    • Product Type—Secure Trials Console.

    • Administrator Email—partner's CCO email address

    • Administrator's first and last name

Step 3

Select Submit.

Once your request has been approved, you will receive an email notification with instructions on how to access the STC.
