Email Thread Defence metrics

Email Thread Defence metrics (ETD) offers an overview of key performance indicators and configurations for customer accounts. It provides detailed insights into trial health and security metrics. See image below

Trials by health category

This section reperesents number of trials by each health category. Types of health category and theire definnifgs are next:

  • Fresh: Activated within the last 7 days.

  • At Risk: Activated more than 7 days ago but don't have Message rule count (1), First email processing date (2) and aplications.

  • Stale: Activated more than 7 days ago, Message rule count = 0 and Last email processing date (3) older than 7 days .

  • Growing: Have Message rule count > 0 and First email processing date.

  • Ripe: Have Message rule count > 0, First email processing date and Last email processing date less than 7 days ago .

Where:

  1. Message rule count - count of message rules deployed on the account;

  2. First email processing date - first date when the account started processing emails over the last 180 days;

  3. Last email processing date - latest date when the account processed emails.

Security metrics

In this section is shown a number of customers by:

  • First email processing date;

  • Active agents - agents checking in with the control plane;

  • Auto Remediation enabled - whether the account is auto remediating emails;

  • Manual Remediation total - number of emails in manual remediation in the last 14 days;

  • Admins count > 0 - number of super admin or admin counts;

  • Message rule count > 0
