Secure Access Metrics

Secure Access Metrics offers an overview of key performance indicators and configurations for customer accounts. It provides detailed insights into trial health, user activity, security settings, and additional package related metrics enabling you to monitor adoption and enhance system performance.

The Summary Metrics section provides an overview of the following indicators from the past seven days:

  • Trials by Health Category: Displays trials categorized by their current status, including Fresh, At Risk, Stale, Growing, and Ripe.

  • Customers with packages: Displays number of customers by package.

  • Traffic: Displays number of customers that have traffic. Also sum of networks and DNS requests

  • Users: Highlights the total number of provisioned users, non-Cisco admin users, and customers generating traffic. Non-Cisco admin users refer to system administrators without a cisco.com email domain, which can indicate product adoption.

  • Unique Users: Tracks login activity, showing counts for provisioned users, non-Cisco admin users, and customers who have generated traffic.

  • Security Metrics: This section provides an overview of intrusion prevention system (IPS) configurations and global security settings, including the number of enabled IPS rules and whether IPS is globally configured for the account.

  • Internet Access and Private Access Advantage package related: This section outlines rule application and resource usage, showing how configurations and resources are deployed and used by customers.

  • DNS Advantage metrics package related: This section provides information about synced devices.
