Trials by health category

This section reperesents number of trials by each health category. Types of health category and theire definnifgs are next:

• Fresh: Activated within the last 7 days.

• At Risk: Activated more than 7 days ago but don't have cloud accounts(1).

• Stale: Activated more than 7 days ago, customer has not logged in within last 7 days, cloud accounts more than 1.

• Growing: have cloud accounts > 0, and have gateways (MCD gateways + FTDv gateways).

• Ripe: Same as for Growing plus usage (MCD usage + FTDv usage).

1. cloud accounts - total number of Cloud Service Provider account (AWS account, Azure subscription, GCP project, OCI compartment);

Accounts configurations

In this section is shown a number of customers by:

• cloud accounts;

• MCD gateways;

• FTDv gateways;

• Address - total number of address objects on this account - address is a fundamental aspect of account configuration;

• Certificate - total number of certificate objects on this account - certificate objects are a fundamental aspect of account configuration.

Profiles configurations

In this section is shown a number of customers by:

• IPS - total number IPS (Intrusion prevention system) profile configured;

• L7DOS - total number L7 DoS (Denial of Service at http traffic level) profile configured;

• Malicious IPs - total number of Malicious IP profile configured;

• WAF - total number of WAF (Web Application Firewall) profiles configured - this is a fundamental aspect of account configuration;

• URL filter - total number of URL Filtering profile configured;

• Service - total number of service objects configured;
