Filter and Sort Trials

Locating specific trials can be a time-consuming task, but Cisco Secure Trials Console offers you filtering and sorting capabilities to streamline the process and gain immediate insights.

Filtering parameters

Let’s look at the available filtering parameters.

By organization name: Start entering the name of the organization of interest and give the list of trials a few seconds to update.

By creation date: Several options allow you to choose a predefined time span within which trials were created:

  • Last 1 month

  • Last 3 months

  • Last 6 months

  • Last 1 year

In addition, the Custom option allows you to set a desired time span by selecting the start and end dates on the calendar.

By trial status:

  • All statuses—Displays all trials.

  • Active/Pending—Displays both active and pending trials.

  • Active—Indicates that the trial period has started (the countdown of the remaining trial days has begun).

    Note

    For Umbrella and Secure Endpoint, this functions slightly differently: for Umbrella, trials are created in the pending status and become active only after the user successfully logs in and completes their onboarding; for Secure Endpoint, the day count starts immediately after the trial is provided, becoming active within a couple of minutes after trial creation.

  • Pending — For Umbrella, it means waiting for the user to log in. For Secure Endpoint, this status means waiting for the console to be provided.

  • Expired — Indicates that the trial period has ended (30 days have passed).

  • Converted — Indicates that the service has been purchased by a customer after trying the trial.

  • Disabled — Indicates that the trial record is hidden from the list. This status does not deactivate the product console, but the trial cannot be edited from the Secure Trials Console.

By products:

  • All products

  • Umbrella

  • Secure Endpoint

  • XDR

By users: By default, it is set to All users. You can select a specific user from the dropdown list to display the trials of that owner.

Sorting options

The following sorting options are available:

  • Organization, A to Z

  • Organization, Z to A

  • Deal ID, Up

  • Deal ID, Down

  • Start date. Old to New

  • Start date. New to Old

  • Expiration date. Old to New

  • Expiration date. New to Old

  • Assigned user, A to Z

  • Assigned user, Z to A
