Manage Filter Views
Through the View menu of the Trials tab, you can save, rename, and delete personalized filter views, set an initial view, change the order of saved views, and reset the default settings.
Save a filter view
If you need to use a certain set of filter parameters frequently, you can save it as a personalized filter view for quick access in the future.
To save a view:

Set the desired filtering parameters in the filtering area.

Go to the View menu.

Select Save current view.

Enter a name for the view.

Select Save.
Rename a filter view
To rename an existing personalized filter view:

Go to the View menu.

Go to Manage views and find the view you want to rename.

Select the text you want to replace.
-
Start typing.
Deleta a filter view
To delete an existing personalized filter view:

Go to the View menu.
-
Go to Manage views and find the view you want to delete.

Select the bin icon next to it.
The changes will be applied automatically.
Set an initial view
You can set a preferred filter view as the initial configuration, so the list of trials opens with your preferred filter applied automatically.
To set an initial view:

Save the desired filter view if it is not saved.

Go to the View menu.

Go to Manage views.
-
Select the desired filter view from the Open with dropdown list.
The changes will be applied automatically.
Change views order
Changing the order of saved filter views may help you to optimize you workflows in the console.
To change the order of saved personalized filter views:

Go to the View menu.

Go to Manage views.
-
Press and drag the desired view to change the order.
-
Select Save.
Reset settings
To return to default settings:

Go to the View menu.
-
Select Default.
